your business. Through Opportunity Link, I.S.P. connects
you to grant opportunities that include federal, state, and
foundation funding sources and available state and federal
government solicitations for goods or services.
Each day, staff hours are lost while searching for viable
funding opportunities. Additionally, companies have to pay
thousands of dollars to gain access to a single database,
which can be difficult to maneuver and offer limited
information. Opportunity Link was created in order to
address this problem. Through a subscription to Opportunity
Link, your company can be informed on a regular basis of
grant-making and governmental solicitation opportunities. It
provides organizations with personalized service without the
expense of a full-time employee.
I.S.P. has 15 years of experience in seeking and acquiring
funding. The first step to success is to identify
opportunities that both meet the agency’s goals and for
which the agency will qualify. For those who have
sought viable funding sources, this first step is not as
easy as it sounds. Not only must an agency be aware

of the funding opportunity, but it must also analyze all
aspects of that opportunity to assess whether it is
worth pursuing. This takes time and skill.
Typically, there is no one dedicated on staff to that
task or those assigned the task have to do so on top of

about ones that are not applicable to the organization

Funding Resources?
There are other services that simply copy information from
the funding databases and pass it on to you for a fee.
This still requires you to sift through bulk emails
searching for that one pearl. I.S.P. spends time with you
upfront to learn about your organization – its legal status,
number of staff members, goals and current funding sources,
and other relevant information. Based on the gathered
information, consultants will investigate and analyze the
funding opportunities. Only ones that meet your needs will
be sent to you along with valuable information about your
field of interest. Opportunity Link is an individualized
service. Every client receives information that is unique
to them.
What Does Opportunity Link Guarantee?
I.S.P. consultants conduct searches for opportunities and
announcements that meet your individualized profile.
Consultants have access to numerous databases that list
private and public funding and open bid solicitations. Each
week you will receive an email with the information that has
been found. There may be weeks where no new opportunities
are identified. However, you will still be informed of that
fact. Opportunity Link is a service that provides
notification of solicitations and RFPs but it does not
guarantee that an organization will be awarded the funds.
Additionally, consultants are available to help write
proposals if agencies are interested in hiring them.
What Happens Once I Subscribe?
After your subscription is confirmed, a consultant will
contact your company within a few business days in order to
conduct an in-depth interview that will allow consultants to
tailor searches to the specific current and future
activities of your organization. The interview is a key
element to designing your search inquiry. After the
interview, I.S.P. consultants routinely explore and scour
the news for RFPS, bids, and legal, social, and economic
trends that companies should be aware. Each week you will
receive an email with corresponding news and opportunities.
